By downloading, installing, or using the DigitalDaftar mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DigitalDaftar is an Arabic vocabulary learning application that provides:

• AI-powered translation services (Arabic ↔ French/English)
• Personal vocabulary tracking and storage
• Spaced repetition quiz functionality
• Searchable database of Quranic vocabulary
• Cloud synchronization across devices
• Offline-first functionality

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited features:

• 10 translations per day
• 100 vocabulary word storage limit
• Basic quiz functionality

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions offer unlimited access to all features. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4.3 Billing and Refunds

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Charges are non-refundable except as required by law
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all vocabulary entries, notes, and content you create in the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and sync your User Content to provide the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The App, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Jariyah Tech and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Third-Party Content

The Quranic word database is derived from public domain sources and academic research. Translation services are provided by OpenAI's GPT models under our commercial license.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Supabase - Cloud database and authentication
• OpenAI - AI translation services
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store - Payment processing

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Translation Accuracy

While we use advanced AI technology, translations may contain errors or inaccuracies. DigitalDaftar is an educational tool and should not be relied upon for critical or formal translations.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITALDAFTAR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Data Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked immediately
• Your User Content will be deleted from our servers within 30 days
• Active subscriptions will remain valid until the end of the billing period

12. Governing Law
